Force of Nature: The David Suzuki Movie follows the iconic Canadian scientist, educator, broadcaster and activist as he delivers a last lecture, an urgent message, and what he describes as “a distillation of my life and thoughts, my legacy, what I want to say before I die."
Filmed before a live audience, he articulates how we have exhausted the limits of the biosphere and the chilling degree to which we must re-think our relationship with the natural world, while offering up a spectacular blueprint for sustainability and survival.
This profound launching pad for the 2010/11 Doc Soup season will be screening at 7 p.m. on September 29 at Kensington’s landmark Plaza Theatre – the historic new home of the much-loved Doc Soup series.
